My husband and I wanted to take a quick moment and thank Alex Cowan & Ugly John's custom boats for giving us such a wonderful experience. I will say we have NEVER had better customer service ANYWHERE! Alex went above and beyond any other sales person we have ever met in making sure we was satisfied and got everything we wanted with our new Tritoon. Also all the staff there made it feel more like a family experience rather then business. We would 100% buy from them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a future boat. Thank you again Alex for going way above and beyond in making sure we got the dream boat we wanted. Your hard work ethic is going to take you places.

Shocking service and attention to detail! Not seeing this kind of destruction to any piece of property I’ve had. They were supposed to try and sell the boat. They post it with 300 and something hours and now it has 610 hours. I am still trying to wrap my head around it Was ready to pick up and it wouldn’t run after having it since October so I would think it would be difficult to sell it not running and looking several years older than when I dropped it off. I told them to replace the upholstery. They said I did not. I have no clue what to say…,
The food was good. The drinks were okay. We had a big group, it was very slow on a Saturday during a holiday weekend. There were maybe three other small groups. Two of the waitresses had shorty shorts on. When they bent over to clean a table or pick something up, their bottoms were hanging out! We expected a little more from the establishment, especially with how much we spent. On our way home, we stopped in at another well-known restaurant on the lake and had a completely different experience. They were packed, with a wait line, a band playing, and the staff all dressed appropriately.
