We said we want this boat to be ready to take on the water by the weekend. We bought the boat on a Wednesday and by Saturday morning lookout marina had this boat ready for us to take out on the water. (Normally a week is required to get a boat ready) they accommodated with us and made that we had the best weekend on the water. We just have to brag on our experience we had with Lookout Marine. My wife and I were to close on another new Tritoon during our vacation during Labor Day with all of our children and grandchildren. Well to say the least that closing never happened. Their was an issue with the motor. The customer service was awful as we always had to text or call to get status. I made one call on the last Friday morning of our vacation to Lookout Marine and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Blake Fellmy. To make a long story short we were there within 2 hours looking at their beautiful boats. We met the most caring and Personable people you could ever ask to do business with.
