Buy your boat someplace else!! If you want a bad experience to the point of ruining the joy of owning a boat, buy one from Tobler and be shackled to their service department for the next 4 years. These guys have gotten too big for their britches and now customers mean nothing because there’s too many of them. What should be covered on warranty won’t be and the diagnostic tests are expensive! I bought a Nautique Surf/ski boat from Tobler because they were exclusive and I had no choice. Had I known I would be dealing with such incompetence, I would have chosen differently, but, regardless of the style or brand of boat you decide on, you’ll still be working with the same knuckleheads in service. Note: Don’t bother cleaning your boat before dropping off for service. It always comes back looking worse and be prepared for the pay for it. Their service cost is double that of others. JimC

We were shopping for our first boat and checked out several marinas in the Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area. Feature-wise, many of the brands offered similar models, so our choice really came down to which marina we wanted to work with. Tobler easily earned top spot in that regard. Jerrett and the rest of the team made us feel at ease and like first-class customers even though we weren't shopping their top end models. We appreciated their no pressure style and the fact that they didn't trash talk other brands or marinas. There was no sit down to work numbers, waiting to hear if the manager could work a better deal, or high-pressure tag-team pitch to buy now. We paid a fair price for a nice boat and never left feeling stressed or harried. We're excited to take delivery and get out on the water!
My recent boat purchase was excellent, starting with Morgan in sales who has been incredibly response, helpful and proactive. Jade in after-sales/finance handled everything remotely for me and communicated perfectly and pleasantly. Lastly, Kip, the boat captain took the time to drive 4 hours to pick up my trade-in boat, and is a very nice guy! All in all, Tobler is an excellent company to do business with and I highly recommend.
