What a great experience at Watercraft Sales in Three Lakes Wisconsin. The team was super attentive and very nice. From the owner to all the associates helping, they were polite and made you feel comfortable and like you were a friend or family. Everything we needed from a clean restroom, map, boat, and fuel, to have a great day on the lake. Will definitely use them again in the future!
Update 8:20/2025: Ryan reached out and resolved the disputed charges. He was kind and listened to my feedback. Changed to 3 stars for the effort made. Will consider renting there to give them another chance. 8/18/2025 The marina staff were wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful, even willing to upgrade our rental to a larger boat after 1 day. Unfortunately, our experience with management was disappointing. Our rental was disrupted when the upgraded boat broke down just 15 minutes in, resulting in 1.5 days lost. We understood that equipment issues can happen and simply expected to be refunded fairly for the time and boats we could not and did not use. Despite multiple calls over the past week, I have not received a return call from management, and the partial refund processed was significantly less than what was owed. While the on-site team did everything they could to assist, the lack of follow-through from management has overshadowed their efforts. I had hoped to continue renting here, but unless this refund is resolved, it will be difficult to recommend The Boat House in the future.
We are extremely disappointed with their customer service. When they make a critical mistake they won't take responsibility and attempt to blame and gaslight the customer. We've dealt with them for years and had few issues. The good service ended when the leadership changed. Would keep every thing in writing as a defense.
My wife and I met a few of their sales team at the Northern Illinois boat show and then visited their showroom. Colt was our primary point of contact. He’s very knowledgeable and did what he could to find a boat that met our needs. In the end, we are going to purchase a boat from a good friend, but the whole team was very easy to work with. Would recommend using them if you are looking for a boat, especially a new one. They have some nice perks if you buy from them.
We were staying at a friend's place near The Boat House in Three Lakes and could not get the engine started. Jesse drove over and fixed up a wire and was so helpful. The boat started right up and we had a great day on the water. Thank you for great service!
