Bought a used Ranger from quite a distance away (5 hour drive) and they made the whole experience so easy!! The boat is in excellent shape and Cory was amazing to work with!! I had a lot of questions as I bought the boat unseen (except the dozens of pictures he sent). Pickup was exceptional and I have nothing but praise for the whole team!!!

Took my boat in for 100 hour service on big engine and kicker. Also had them replace a faulty actuator on my jack plate and asked them to look at my livewell switches and AM/FM radio as they weren't working properly. Dropped it off and got called the next day to come pick it up as it was done. When I got there to pick it up, only half of the work had been completed. They serviced my big engine and replaced the actuator, but hadn't serviced the kicker or fixed the livewell issue. When I asked them about this, they told me they were unaware that I wanted my kicker serviced even though it was printed on the sheet. They also told me they "couldn't figure out the wiring on the boat because they didn't have a wiring diagram." Ummm what? I got the feeling they didn't want to take the time to even look at it with a poor excuse like that. You are a boat repair shop, if you can't figure it out, who is supposed to? Got home, untarped the boat (which they had put back on incorrectly) and found the old actuator laying on the floor of the boat bouncing around and dinging the paint. What a joke. This was my first experience here and definitely my last. I took my boat to The Boat Doctor on a friends recommendation to see if they could figure out the livewell/wiring issue. Within 45 minutes of me dropping it off, I got a video showing all of my livewell issues fixed and my AM/FM radio working. Turns out there was a bad ground under the dash, which Boat Doctor took the time to find and fix. I also asked him to service my kicker engine which he did in a very timely manner. Picked the boat up about 4 hours after dropping it off with all service completed. Couldn't be happier with The Boat Doctor. If you need quality service done, skip Soo Sports.
