Let me tell you about Hayden/ smith motors in general, iv bought several new things , however the best buying experience I’ve ever had is here , im from charlotte NC and ordered my boat from them in December of 2021 and received it march of 2022 (special order ) , through out the entire process they kept me updated and answered my every question on almost the first ring , that alone speaks VOLUMES , fast forward 3 years of owning my boat I bump a dock (100% my fault ) and end up tearing the “H” badge off the side , after a 30 second coversation with Hayden he sends me a new one the next day , you just can’t beat the service , If your in the market for a boat I don’t believe there’s a better place or buy from , will be ordering another soon !!
