Apparently this is so called warranty work on a 6 month old boat. Now I’m being told it needs manager approval to be done again oh wait…. How about you never did it to begin with while we missed out on two weeks of boating for absolutely nothing.
I can not begin to tell you how refreshing it was to find a marina and staff that was so accommodating and helpful in the area. From the GM Jonathan to being hands on and all the staff (to many to name) going above and beyond to help us get launched a HUGE thank you for showing us that customer service and care isn’t completely gone in this industry. You all should be proud.

We purchased a boat from Skipper Buds 2 years ago. The salesman was great and told us the boat would be detailed and ready for summer. When the boat was picked up it was empty (fuel) and not detailed. We decided to store our boat with them this past winter due to a mechanical issue at the end of last boating season. It was easiest to have them store it after they fixed the mechanical issue. We asked to have it detailed and other minor issues fixed. They assured us it would all be done by May 4, the scheduled day of pick up. Over the winter, we called to remind them of our pick up date and items we would like completed before May 4. We were told everything had been completed. Well, May 4 pick up never happened. The boat was never detailed and the minor items were never fixed even though three separate conversations were had and we were told it was finished. DO NOT use them. Worst service in Marblehead.
