I have a 2021 Yamaha AR210 that needs a new transducer. My boat is still covered under warranty until February, so I wanted to get it taken care of. I had called last month and was told to just drop it off and it would a few weeks since they had to remove the transducer, send it to Yamaha for testing and get the new one back. I am glad I called before dragging the boat 2 hrs away to drop it because they refused to do the repair. Although he did ask if we would be winterizing with them and when I said no, he said his boss wouldn't want my boat taking up space. Great Service Sizzle...thanks for nothing.
