I have had my boat worked on a couple of times by the WONDERFUL people at Shelter Island Inflatables. The first time the whole team went miles beyond to help me when my trailer had issues on the freeway as I was pulling her down to be serviced. Not at all in their realm of responsibility but they assisted in getting me a tow and then went above and beyond with the repair, and even helped me acquire a new trailer for my boat. Then, when the engine finally gave up, they installed a brand new Yamaha 115hp and made my boat absolutely perfect. The entire team at Shelter Island Inflatables gets 5 stars. If I could give them 10, I would do so in an instant.
I was on my way from Tacoma WA to the sea of Cortez with our inflatable dive boat. We planned a few days in San Diego the day after Thanksgiving and launched the boat in mission bay. Thank god did we did! The tiller on our 15 HP Tohatsu had a mechanical failure and needed to be replaced.
