Have had a variety of boats moored and serviced at SBC - Newport for years and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Leilani, you make boating life so much better and easier knowing the boat is always in tip-top shape every time it's taken out, even after having to accommodate some of our ridiculous requests. Tony and Jonah at the dock are fantastic as well! Needless-to-say, it’s rare to find a company that combines professionalism with such genuine hospitality. We just purchased our first boat from Seattle Boat and found it to be an extremely positive experience! Starting with our salesman Shane, who set up the initial meet and greet, listened to our concerns and requirements and steered us to the right boat. All this included multiple on water demonstrations and fantastic follow-up communication. We are equally impressed with the other Seattle Boat team members we have worked with so far that include Holli in Finance, Julianna in Service and huge props to Tommy, the Delivery Boat Captain. He brought the boat right to our house and walked us through a demonstration of all the features and functions of the boat as well as tips on the surf system operation and docking.
