Sales experience was fantastic. The service has not been the best. Last year we had the boat winterized and during our first trip this spring, the ballast pump began filling the boat with water because it wasn’t tightened after winterization. I’m hours from home on the lake mind you with kids trying to wake surf. I called (Mike) and was told to bring it in and they’ll take care of it. Things happen. Fast forward to this year. The other day I called for winterization/maintenance. I remind Mike on the phone about last year and the issues I had. Just asked that we try to get in front of any of that hoping they’ll take care of me. He asks me what maintenance I want. I say, “Whatever is due for regularly scheduled maintenance.” He has no idea. I started naming what I’ve heard but I’m not a boat mechanic so I have no idea. I was looking at my bank account when I realized I was billed over $1250 with no receipt or explanation. Never received a receipt for last year’s winterization either. I tried to avoid writing this review but I’m not covering for you anymore. Update 10/14…. Even after this response my wife nor myself have received any emails containing paperwork/receipt nor was this level of money prior authorized like every other dealership I have encountered. UPDATED 10/21… STILL haven’t received any phone call or an email containing any receipt or breakdown of what was serviced. I have also spoken to many friends and family about this and they agree this wasn’t correctly handled. I WILL NOT ACCEPT SUB PAR SERVICE FOR TOP TIER MONEY. Updated 10/21 Tracy reached out and was fantastic. She sent the invoice to the address they had on file (which was correct). I am pleased to know that we both expect the same level of service and agree the ball was dropped. I would say I feel confident going forward as of now. I will update my review to a 3 star.
