While at the Hershey RV show in September, my husband and I found the perfect travel trailer being sold by RV Value Mart. We had a motorhome that we wanted to trade. From the RV show until signing day, everything was extremely simple. They kept me updated while we waited for our camper to be manufactured, and had it in and ready for pickup much quicker than anticipated. We absolutely love the camper and will forever be repeat customers to RV Value Mart. They make you feel like more than just a number!
We went to the Hershey RV show 2025 for the first time. My husband and I had been previously looking at local dealers for well over the past year for our first RV. We looked all over the show at different RV’s and talked with several different dealers and salespeople. When we arrived at “RV Value Mart” we walked through a few RV’s when we were approached by a sales representative Todd. He was very friendly and helpful as he showed us some RV’s with the features we were looking for. What we liked the most was he wasn’t pushy at all, even when we decided to leave to think about it. We came back the next day to relook at more RV’s. Again we found Todd who was just as friendly and professional. He went over the specs on one of the 31 foot travel trailer. My husband, family and I then met Tyler the Assistant Manager from RV Value Mart Willow Street to go over the financing with us. Tyler was very professional and helpful in explaining everything. He made the experience of buying our first RV enjoyable and memorable from the financing to making the appointment of picking it up. He stayed in contact with us even once we had gone home. If you want people who are down to earth and the most comfortable experience Tyler and Jose are amazing. They do not pressure you. They treat you so respectfully. You won't be disappointed. We are in the process of purchasing a new 5th wheel when we were contacted by Sammy. Sammy Norman went above any other recent inquiries from other RV companies we were considering. His follow-up and follow through skills are incredible. He stayed after hours to accommodate our needs! His overall product knowledge is impressive as well! We had some previous experiences that led us to look for a new dealer and glad we did! We had done service with RV Mart in the past, and they were always fair and thorough. Eric Knauer, the Sales Manager was kind and very fair as well......looking for continued support with this company! When it comes to choosing where to spend your hard-earned money, it is the little things that count. Friendly customer service, conversation and listening skills matter! I am super happy with these guys at Rv Value Mart, we had the unfortunate experience of a tree limb, busting a hole through our one slide out. I also couldn’t get the front seats to work. They fixed the hole inside and out and got my seats working due to an electrical issue under the RV. These guys are very professional and have great customer service, they always kept me informed every step of the way, what was happening and what needs to be done. Super pumped and will keep them as the people I have to work on my RV.
