I looked everywhere for an RV. Literally from Katy all the way to Dayton. Drove all over the place, just knocking down my credit score several times to just get turned down after places "promised" they could make it happen. After a really bad experience in Waller where I had to fight to get my deposit back, I was honestly ready to give up. I was close to just buying something outright and being done with it. I reluctantly gave it one last shot at Ron Hoover after chating with Jenn via their website chat. She suggested I come meet John L. Which changed the entire story of my RV struggle. When no one else could get us financed, he made it happen ..and for a 2025 with a 4 year service warranty. He was honest, consistent, and actually looked out for us. I don’t personally like "salespeople" (the stereotype at least) or sales tactics, but John never felt like a salesman. He just felt genuine. Which is a big deal to me. Also, big thank you to Rebecca in financing, she was very communicative and never made me feel like I had to haggle. Also Teegan was patient getting all the paperwork done, and Michael did a great walkthrough and made sure we understood everything before leaving. Huge shoutout to John, the MVP! for really having our backs. He really made our RV story happen. I’d absolutely recommend this team. See yall at the campsites! 😊

Alethia (Sales) is super sweet, she listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to find the perfect travel trailer for us. She made the experience so memorable and comfortable. From the honest and transparent finance process with Cory (Finance Manager) to the fun and informative walk-through with Marlowe the delivery specialist, every step exceeded our expectations. Edwin is a true superstar on the service team, he made sure we were completely safe to tow and always had our best interests at heart. Edwin went the extra mile to patiently answer our questions, even staying late to help us multiple times. His knowledge and genuine care stood out and made a lasting impression. Recently purchased a destination camper from Ron Hoover RV with the assistance of Tom Skorupinski, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The camper and finance team were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly and willing to go above and beyond, even staying late to ensure the sale was completed smoothly. Tom followed up with us several days after the purchase to make sure everything was going well and to answer any questions we had, offering continued support when needed. I really wish Ron Hoover “Katy” would let potential customers browse RVs without having to go through such a restrictive process. I wasn’t allowed to look at any RVs unless I sat down to create a “top 5” list, and if those didn’t work out, we’d have to “reevaluate” my choices. I was told this was to avoid wasting time and reduce confusion — but as a customer, it just made the experience feel pressured and limiting. I bought my last RV from Ron Hoover, but after this visit, it might be my last. I went next door to Holiday World and was able to freely browse their inventory with friendly guidance — exactly what I expect when shopping for something as major as an RV. If Ron Hoover wants to improve, I’d recommend allowing customers to explore on their own a bit more — as current RV owners trust us to know what we’re looking for AND can avoid accidents while walking your lot. Think we found our next purchase at H/W, thanks Ron Hoover.
