We bought our RV back in October and they had it for two weeks before we had it delivered. Before we bought & during the sales process, we were assured that it would be cleaned out and the water heater would be fixed before delivery. We went by once one week before and once a few days before it was meant to be delivered and nothing had been cleaned. We asked both times if it would be ready and were assured it would be. Then, when it was delivered, it wasn't. They had to send someone to completely replace the water heater and we had to clean it ourselves since we were living in it (which we disclosed was why we needed it cleaned and ready by delivery). We had to pay extra for staying past our rent while it was being repaired and we were cleaning it. I called and they offered to have someone come out to clean it in which I told them it'd already been done. Then they offered compensation and that they'd need to talk to management. I have called back numerous times since and never heard anything and have just been ignored. There was sawdust coating the carpets, the air filters were brown (supposed to be black), there was trash behind and under the couch, not even a simple wipe-down seemed to happen as there was dust and gunk on the fridge, barstools, and the pull out portion (inside) was layered with dust. When I mentioned this I was told "well they cleaned it but I get if it wasn't up to your standard." My standard is not coated in dust, dog hair and gunk... Safe to say once we upgrade I will not be returning.
My family and I purchased a Class A motorhome from Ron Hoover in Georgetown and we had an amazing experience thanks to Ray! He was extremely patient throughout the entire process. You can tell he genuinely cared about not just selling an RV, but about the experience and memories my family would have!!! We could not have asked for a better person to assist us. I live 4 hours away and Ray made the process so easy. He was so transparent and helpful throughout the entire process and we are more than happy with our new rig.
