My son and I purchased a bumper pull on Monday February 2nd every thing was fine, we paid $250 to have it delivered, we set it up in a park, and everything was fine until the following day and noticed there was a leak in the sewer line, so my son called in and was advised that there was a leaking sewer line and he was told that we would need to bring it back to get it fixed or they could send a technician out to fix it but they would have to charge us a fee to send someone to fix it, I can understand maybe if it had been a while but it was only two days later from the delivery, yes we went through the walk through and of course there wasn’t any sign of the leak but then again they didn’t have the sewer line hooked up, we feel like they should have sent someone out to fix it right away, cause maybe the sewer line came loose during the transport or maybe there was already an issue with it, so just in case you are considering a purchase from Ron Hoover be prepared
First went in on a budget of no more then 25k ended up purchasing a 60k 2025 Puma loft and not regretting it one bit! My family loves it and it’s all about making the memories for our kiddos 🙏🏻 The costumer Service from everyone we spoke to was the best especially Our salesman was Mr Rudy Leo’s . Second purchase from Ron Hoover of West Houston / Katy. Excellent service, Adam, Marlo and Diana in service went above and. beyond to make me happy. Great product ( Forest River Classic) and fair trade in value, they matched a competitor in their pricing. Cory, the finance manager was not pushy. I highly recommend them .

I wish this review had to deal with an RV sales. It has more to do with their paperwork department. We purchased an RV from another dealership that uses Ron Hoover for their title work. Our paperwork was not getting processed so I first contacted my bank and they contacted the title clerk personally. They were told that the title had been signed wrong and they couldn’t find the person. To me it seemed like that was their problem and I was having to deal not having a register or plated Rv. We bought the RV in April of 2025 when I first contacted the title clerk myself was in July or beginning of August 3 months after the sale. She answered my e-mails and calls one time and after that would not speak to me. We had to go all the way to corporate to finally get someone to do any thing. From the time their head manager called me to the time I finally received the Registration and Plates a Month had passed. I called every week for updates. At the end He was even upset and didn’t even bother to call to let me know that FINALLY this headache would come to an end. I was ready to seek legal action because 8 months had to go by for the paperwork to be in my name. All that was in my name was a loan. If I had paid cash I do not believe this would be settled yet. It is only because my bank was on their neck as well. Very Unprofessional specially the TITLE CLECK.😡😡😡😡😡😡
