I bought a new vehicle from Riverview a few months ago and just recently brought it in for its first service. The whole process has been absolutely wonderful! The staff was attentive and so easy to work with. They even hand delivered a few items that were left in my trade-in to me personally! When I called to schedule my first oil change, they were able to get me in quickly and had it finished in no time. 10/10, highly recommend!
On an EV cross country trip including I90 with my sister, a planned charging stop in Chamberlain SD turned out to be disastrous. The company that installed the chargers decided to replace the charging stations without notification. Things looked bad. After talking with the charging site company without any help I recalled passing a Chevrolet dealer (Riverview Chevrolet) in nearby Oacoma SD back across the river. Maybe they could offer some advice. We went in and met Brandon Brinko and explained our situation. Brandon having EV vehicles of his own understood the problem and foreseen my situation after observing the charger exchange work. I’ve had some fortune fall on me in the past but none never so timely as the help I received from Brandon. He not only offered to charge my Equinox EV overnight but drove us to a nearby hotel. There are class acts around but not many as fine as Bandon. Thanks again Brandon.
They are the best! I could spend most of the day talking about my bad experiences at dealerships. Its to the point I try to avoid all dealerships. My 12 year old son, our 2 dogs, and I drove from FL to South Dakota to pheasant hunt. We rented a suburban. As soon as we arrived, (in the middle of nowhere) we started hunting, my son shot his first pheasant and in my excitement I was unaware the key fob came out of my pocket with my phone as I took his picture. The rental company wanted to tow me 3 hrs away with no guarantee of getting another suv. We had this suv packed to the max. I called Riverview Family Chevrolet 2 minutes from closing time, and the owner personally brought me a suv loaner right away, expedited a new key fob and had me back in the Suburban in a day, without taking me to the bank. If I ever pull the trigger on a new Chevy, I'll do it during pheasant season at Riverview Family Chevrolet!
