EDIT UPDATE Just brought the bike on for it's first service. Cody was just as agreeable as all the staff have been and was able to get the machine on and out in about an hour. Excellent!!! I stopped by another dealership in town and was completely ignored after wandering their showroom for half an hour. No greeting, no offer to help—nothing. So I left. The moment I walked into Redline Powersports Augusta, the difference was like night and day. Jackson “Jax” Price greeted me right away, showed me several bikes, and treated me with respect even after I told him I wasn’t buying that day. I was wrong. Chad, the Sales Manager, worked out even better numbers than were previously presented, Roger in Parts gave me excellent info on accessories, and Matthew the closer made the whole process smooth and easy. Every single person I met at Redline was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making it a great experience. No pressure, no games—just great people doing things the right way. I’ll be picking up my brand-new Indian Scout Bobber on Tuesday, and I couldn’t be happier. Redline Powersports Augusta has absolutely earned my business and my highest recommendation.

After reading other reviews, I now realize this dealer is doing bait and switch tactics using false advertising. As you can see below, the on line listed price for this used machine was $2499 (also note in the left corner it says willing to negotiate). So I called the dealership explaining that I could pick it up the next day and Mark (salesman) said he would give me an “out the door” price. I never heard from Mark so I called back at the end of the day and he asked me to hold while he worked on the price. The phone then went dead. In a few minutes the text came through that you see with $4669.50 being the out the door price. I called Mark thinking he had a misprint and the 4 was suppose to be a 2 or he quoted the wrong machine. He said he did not and that was the cost once they ran it through the shop and added dealer fees! He then told me he could get me into a new one cheaper! Really!! I asked Mark why they did not add the shop fee to the on line price so that the price was more accurate. No answer! I can promise you that you do not want to deal with this company. Unethical is the nicest word I can come up with. So now that it looks like I will be buying a new machine, I will be going back to Foothills Motorsports in Piedmont SC. I have bought 3 machines from them and they have been awesome both sales and service. PS: I’ve never left a bad google review because people can have a bad day but this was intentional!
