This is our second new boat from Prestige and we won't be going anywhere else for service or future upgrades! Chad and his team took excellent care of us, answered all of our questions in great detail, and even texted back on his day off to help! They gave us top trade for our Max and ensured the new boat checked all the boxes - even going as far as getting us thrusters installed. Chad is always quick to respond to any concerns or questions we have. This 2025 Supra SA is awesome! The service department (Barney, Crystal and team) is amazing as well - they are easy to work with and so kind!
Top to bottom Prestige Water Sports is one of the best businesses that I have ever purchased from as a consumer. The sales group was informative, but never pushy. After the sale, their service department has been transparent at each turn. Most importantly, when we had an issue with our boat, the owners personally took it upon themselves to locate and solve the problem. In the days of AI and call centers, Prestige answers their phone and gives attention to its customers as if their problems were the only ones they had to deal with for the day. I couldn’t recommend Prestige more highly.
The crew at Prestige Water Sports were amazing! They were very attentive and helped us choose the best boat for our family’s specific wants and desires! We bought our first boat at Prestige Water Sports this weekend and it went SO SMOOTH! Mike was incredible to work with and made the process fun & easy! We’re new to the “boat world” and he helped answer all of our questions and showed us everything we needed to know about our new boat! We can’t recommend Mike and the team enough!
We had the best experience with Prestige and all the employees! We bought the boat from out of state and everything in the process was seamless. We bought the boat in November and there was no haggling or uncomfortable conversations. We worked out a deal to keep the boat in Idaho until we were able to come get it in May! Scheduling a time to visit in May was super easy and they went above and beyond when we arrived. There was a bow on the boat and a personalized sign as we walked in the door. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We did some shopping in their proshop area for all of our gear and they offered us a generous discount for purchasing our boat with them! We did a demo on the water the day we picked it up and learned about all the features on the boat. We had a minor issue once we got back to the house, but Chad was there to answer our questions after hours and fixed the problem without hesitation. We got our boat home and she’s in the water ready for a great summer! All thanks to Prestige and the awesome staff!!
