I purchased my new Chaparral 23 H2O Sport July 7, 2019. The sales staff was competent, professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They made it easy. I love the boat. It fits my family of 11 perfectly. It looks and performs great. My only complaint is with the installation of the Perfect Pass system. The boat did not come with it as so one of the add ones I had the dealer install this system. It didn’t work well from the start and took way too long to get it fixed right. But now it works great.
Premier Boat Sales was a great experience. I drove 13 hours to get the boat I wanted and Premier delivered everything they promised. They were professional in every way from Matt the salesman to Greg the financial manager to Captain Chad who braved 28 degree weather to take us on the lake to make sure we were comfortable with the boat. They even included a coast guard package that another dealer wanted to charge me $895 for. The entire transaction was like clockwork and I can easily say the 26 hour round trip was worth it!!! They carry a huge selection including the Chaparral that I will enjoy for years to come.
