We are new to the RV life and called up Performance Motorcoaches because we didn’t know why we had so much tugging on the highway. Joe answered the phone and walked us through, asked us a few questions, and seemed to have identified the issue. He asked when we would be passing by, and I said the maps show 8 min. We arrived, and Joe was quick to guide us to a good spot in the back so he could take a look at it. The team, AKA Josh & Aaron, promptly came out and started unhooking the trailer like a pit crew from NASCAR 😂 Joe mentioned we would need a few things and said he had them in stock. They grabbed equipment and got straight to work. They got us all fixed up within less than an hour. Not only did they hook us up and walk us through everything, including set up, procedures, and cautions. Insuring us we would have a safer drive. We left Performance Motorcoaches feeling more confident after our first road trip with our RV. Thank you all so much for your kindness and help the day before Thanksgiving.

Took our 2022 Renegade Valencia in for chassis maintenance & a new awning motor. Expected it to be in the shop for a week+. Adjusted appliance loads so the batteries wouldn’t run down during the "wait". Scheduled for a Monday & I was driving it away on Tuesday (next day). Wow. Chassis runs the same on the new oil but the awning motor not only works but is smooth compared to the old one. What a difference 2 days make! Thanks for taking care of us Vandon!
