Bought my boat here and at first everything was fair. When I decided to sell a couple of years later this past fall Gary said I can sell your boat for a commission percentage. He named a fair price and over charged me for a terrible “cleaning of the boat “ charging me 400.00 for a “cleaning “ Recently I called 12 days in Advance of arriving to take my boat out to use for the day and asked to have it ready and when I got there my boat was terribly dirty and everything inside the boat was gone including my fire extinguisher, boat cover, marking lights, boat throw cushions, anchors, life jackets and more. I’m surprised the keys were still there. Gary was very rude and when he couldn’t find my fire extinguisher that went missing he went and found me a replacement after I had to ask for one. Gary said I didn’t need one and said “ here now are you happy?” Oh and magically there was a cigarette burn hole on my cushion that wasn’t there before I dropped my boat off for cleaning. Gary is a smoker. Coincidence? WARNING! Gary at performance boats is a shady character. I would not recommend performance boats to my enemies.
These folks are the absolute best! Their customer service is beyond compare and their prices are very reasonable!!
Had the best experience with Gary and staff! Gary was helpful and stayed well after closing to sell us our Used Stingray and even waited for us after hours to take our test drive! He was patient and friendly. He answered all of our questions and had the boat and paperwork ready when he promised. I have nothing but good things to say and recommend Gary for your next boat!
After boat was salvaged from being sunk Will remained at shop after closing to ensure engine was pickled ASAP. He did a yeoman's job determining cause and was able provided evidence to satisfy insurance company requirements to pay for repairs. Missy kept me informed about repair progress and was very customer service oriented as was Will. Will and Missy went above and beyond getting boat back on water especially during their busy season.
