I bought a robalo R180 in 2024. I only drove it for a year and a half and now the boat has a problem. I went to the repair shop they provided and spent $3,100 to repair the boat. However, the repair shop will not tell me what is broken and the place where I sold the boat also shirked responsibility. I have experienced very poor service. After the transaction, there has been no good service from this shipyard.

He is readily available to answer all questions about your new boat. Solid, honest guy. Mike Dettmer is a hands on owner with integrity and great customer service. The service center run by Scott D is also top notch. This is a family operated business and the service every step of the way is excellent.
I bought my Cutwater from Long Beach Yacht Sales and they are a really terrific dealer. They go way above and beyond the call of duty. Their tech support is terrific and are available to me for calls anytime. I have called them many times with little questions about the boat's operating systems even when Bill, their service technician extraordinaire, is home on vacation. Furthermore, their office staff handled all my paperwork not only for financing, but also for the dinghy documentation with the state and even doing the paperwork for registering the boat with the Coast Guard! First rate dealer in my book.
