I had the boat for sale in only a very casual manner. He talked some sense to me as in dollars and cents and I decided to give his company a chance to sell my boat. After discussing prices in the market, Jim agreed to list my boat. This was the best move I could have made. His knowledge of the market and advertising in the local and national sailing publications made for a quick sale for me and a good purchase for his buyer.
