I recently purchased a 2020 NauticStar 223DC and had an excellent experience working with Rick Webber. From the start, Rick was very informative and made sure everything was right with the boat. He replaced older speakers, addressed three other small issues I pointed out, and even sent me the engine RPM hours so I knew exactly what I was getting. On the sea trial, Rick went above and beyond—he not only explained all the features but also taught me how to properly launch the boat, which was extremely helpful as a new owner. The whole process was smooth and honest, and I left feeling confident in my purchase. I 100% recommend this dealer, and if you’re anywhere near Gulfport, definitely ask for Rick!

I would caution anyone who considers doing business here to be careful. In my experience in negotiating a deal I found Rick to be condescending and non responsive. I found they will do or say about anything to the customer. I would caution anyone who considers giving what they call a good faith deposit on a boat to reconsider. I had 10 thousand dollars held hostage after clearly be told in text it was 100 percent refundable. This company list boats stating the are located locally and then tries to charge the customer to bring boats from far away offices to complete the purchases. The practices of this franchise are in my opinion unethical and are meant to deceive the customer. They should be shameful of their actions. Buying a boat is a big investment and should be done by a professional company and in my opinion these some of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever dealt with. I would recommend you avoid at all cost.
