Very seldom review anything....much less a place I bought a used old boat from but these guys were gentlemen from the start. Bought an older inflatable boat from them as is after getting a survey. Test rode it...all good. When they pulled it out of the water to load up to be hauled 2-3 hours away, they called me as they noticed one of the tubes that was just redone by a reputable company a year ago had a leak. They called a reputable repair guy (that I spoke to and knew from previous repair jobs I had done) to come to their shop and fix the problem at their cost. When all was fixed, they released the boat to be delivered. Upon taking delivery and short hauling the boat into the water, I noticed a slow leak and called them. They not only took responsibility (AGAIN), but sent someone to haul the boat up to Massachusetts to the person that replaced the tubes a year ago...Again, at their cost and paid for the repair. Keep in mind that they had already been paid in full by me. They were honest, fair and gentleman from start to finish. Thank you Jason!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ORGANIZATION!!!! Larry
Very dissatisfied with my boat repair that is still not fixed. Brought boat in for repair in the Fall and you said work was completed and it is still not operational. New Service Manager has not been helpful and some what cranky about wanting to try to solve the problem.
I recently had some work done to my boat at Ocean Beach Marine Center in Lavalette and they are absolutely wonderful! Carrie is extremely friendly and Ellis went completely above and beyond to keep in touch throughout the process and was very transparent and honest from the start about the work needed. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone for service!
