We Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Ben ,in service ,took our call and immediately set us up to bring our boat in. Previous to this, we had such horror stories at other places only to let us down and never really fixed our problems. We were given an estimated time line of two weeks and they were right on time, updating us with repairs that were needed and costs to repair. We got the call our boat was ready and to our surprise the total was about $150.00 less than what we were quoted. Honesty ,integrity and pride in their work describes the north texas marine center. While hooking up the trailer to our vehicle, they noticed our license plate was loose and ran and got bolts to secure it. We got our boat back in the water and it runs like a brand new boat!! Such quick response to jump up on plane… We found our repair center for life. .
I did not buy my boat from North Texas Marine, but they treated me like I did. I had an engine issue and they quoted me a week to 10 days to fix it. To my suprise, they called me exactly one week from when I dropped it off. Fixed! Brad, the service manager, was excellent and took care of all my needs and questions. I will be using NTM again in the future and will be recomending them to all my boating friends.
I just bought a 2022 hurricane from NTM. At first, I had a few issues but Brad and Jerry took care of those issues quickly. All issues have been resolved. Thanks guys. Loving my boat. I recommend dealing with NTM. 😁
