5-star service...to say the least!!!! Dave, Michelle and the entire North Point team helped me source a LilyPad ladder and replaced it on my Harris Floteboat and we absolutely LOVE IT!!!! Dave took the extra time to make sure it would mount property into the frame and took extra care to hide any of the previous holes he could. I already sent my brother-in-law their way to install one on their Crest tritoon!! HIGHLY recommend you give them every opportunity to provide the same professional, friendly service I received -- confident they'll take care of you too!!!
I can not say enough about North Point Watersports! Dave and Brian have the best customer service and boat knowledge. They will not steer you wrong in finding your perfect boat! I have been a customer at North point Watersports since 2022 when we bought our boat from Brian, the Salesman. We developed a great relationship over the past few years. Dave and Michele have always treated me like family. All of the team there goes above and beyond what anyone would typically expect. I have had lower units replaced, additional stereo equipment installed, normal services, warranty service items replaced, pontoons replaced but the most recent experience was over the top. July 3rd, I was experiencing water in the fuel, parts were on hand, bought them and replaced myself. Dave told me when leaving that they will be open or available should I need them on July 4th. Well, I needed their expertise again to figure out why this was happening. They drained all the fuel and did what was necessary to ensure I would be running on the lake safely. Amazing, on July 4th they were there when I needed them. I cannot thank them enough for consistent, quality service over the past 3 years. Thank you!!!
We purchased a Avalon Tritoon from Brian at North Point Water Sports in June and highly recommend this dealer and this boat! We were able to do some upgrades to the model we purchased and were very pleased with the products and pricing. We also had our first service and dealt directly with the mechanic, who was amazing! Loved my experience at North Point, I purchased a 2019 24' Avalon LSZ rear lounger tritoon. I walked in the door knowing very little about pontoon boats other then online research, and considering they can range from $20k-200K it is very over whelming. I worked with Ed Florentino and he walked me through the ins and outs of every model and found the perfect model for me and my family. Ed is a real class act, super knowledgeable, patient, through the process we text back and forth a few times a week with any questions I had or he would send updates, pictures and videos along each step of the way. He kept me in my budget and didnt try to sell me on a whole bunch of stuff I would never use. He really made the whole experience from researching the first day until the day I picked the boat up a lot of fun and stress free. The whole crew at north point; Ed, Brian, Michele and Dave treat you like a friend from the moment you meet them, they are all professional yet personable and made sure every base was covered before I left the lot. Avalon pontoons are gorgeous and packed with a ton of features and I really like that everything is made in house at the Avalon facility. North Point has a huge selection of Avalon's and if your dream boat is not on the lot, they will order one to your specs. Would definitely recommend going to talk with Ed if your in the market for a pontoon and seeing what Avalon is all about!
