Sad about our experience…..Unkind, unfriendly customer interaction with owner when attempting to get our new boat registered. We had previously got pricing from North Bay for bottom painting our new pontoon; however, we decided to go with a small business Marina owner who has his beach place in our community. When arriving at North Bay to possibly register our boat, North Bay owner told us “if you’re not using us for bottom coating, go get your boat registered somewhere else!” I thought he was kidding, but then he says rudely “ I’m the owner and can say what I want.” The kind employee who worked at the registration window informed us of the missing info we still needed to complete registration process thinking we would come back. (We still needed number off the metal plate) thank you Mr. North Bay owner for encouraging us to go elsewhere- we had the best customer service at Mid Atlantic Marina. And- we noticed when googling-North Bay has two sites with reviews- one is 4.6 and one is 1.6???
