Great overall experience! Called on the 3rd of July and call went to voicemail. They called me back promptly, which I thought was impressive. We talked about the boat history and I sent them a picture of my engine, stating I thought I had narrowed down the problem- I was pretty sure I needed a new impeller and/or water pump. They were able to identify parts needed from my picture. I wanted the boat on the lake for the 4th of July, as my kids would be visiting and expect some lake fun. I was able to deliver, with the help from Marine Max. I flew into the store minutes before they were closing on the 3rd at 6pm, because after they'd be closed for the holiday, I knew I needed everything I would need and they didn't cut me short. Beautiful people opened doors for me and directed me to my destination, the service department. Gorgeous new boats, toys and accessories all over the place. Super nice staff! The parts guy said it is very unlikely it'd be my water pump and sold be 2 impellers, to be sure I'd have the right one. I could then return the one I didn't need. When I went back they referred me to a barge business to get a hot tub to an island, super nice again! I'd refer them to anyone, and I will be doing my boat parts shopping business there in the future! I'd love a new Whaler, but wouldn't have a problem leaving with any one of the beauties they had.
