Good motorcycles, but nobody asked us if we needed help even though we were going to get a bike there but since everybody ignored us we walked out mind you there was nobody there except for 1 customer sooo that being said we won't be going back there.
Had a great experience with the crew at New England Cycle Center. Had to bring in my '09 Vulcan for a new clutch cable and an issue with the rear brake. The team identified the problems and ordered the parts immediately. When the part that they needed was going to take a little longer than expected, they called me right away to keep me updated on the timeline and then called me again once the part came in. The work was done very quickly once the parts were in and I was able to pick up the bike later that day. Many thanks to Jordan at the front desk for keeping me up to speed and to the technician, Geoffrey, for getting the work done quick.
First time i used them for service on my 07 Vulcan 900. Jordan was awesome and the work was done quickly. Had new tires and an oil change done. Very satisfied with the service, will use them again for new pipes soon and I highly recommend them for everyone.
