Out of this world dealer. Wow, couldn't be happier. We didn't buy their most expensive boat, but they sure do make you feel like you did. Every interaction with anyone at this dealership is top notch - like I said, they make you feel like you are their #1 customer. It started with them offering free test rides of Yamaha boats at Jordanelle, which translated into a pre-order with Corby. Despite supply chain constraints, Corby went above and beyond to ensure the boat got delivered in time for a special trip. Then, Hayden in the parts/boat shop went out of his way to help us trick out the stereo system and get some extra gadgets ordered and installed in time for that first trip. Mike in service is incredible to ensure anything you need is done on time and that they work around your schedule.. And everyone else at the dealership, whether you know them or not, are over the top friendly and welcoming every time you walk in the door. We had a couple minor hiccups with the boat on it's first runs, nothing that was anyone's fault, but normal for new boat ownership, and what's so impressive is that both Corby and Hayden answered there cell phones on the first ring to help with questions... that's service.
