I came across Nautical Marine at the 2025 Mid-Atlantic Boat show in Virginia Beach. After meeting Michael McGee and listening to his informative breakdown of a boat that I was interested in, I ended up buying from him on the spot. His knowledge base of these boats was topped only by his incredible customer service. From signing the contract to the in person delivery and sea test of the boat, he was top notch, patient, and very responsive to any and every question I had. He was 100% responsive to texts and phone calls in a very timely manner and was very professional and kind in his demeanor. He did a very good job demonstrating all the features of the boat and gave very informative and detailed operating instructions during the sea test of the new boat. This is the 5th boat we have purchased. Everything from bass boats to 50 ft cruisers. Hands down this was the best experience with a boat purchase!! From the initial time seeing the boat tell purchase they are the best. Michael McGee was our sales person he is the best of the best. He knew everything about the boat, took his time with us and even helped us figure out some ways to make the boat suit our family better. They even made covers for our boat. They assisted us at every turn getting us set up with seadeck so the day it was delivered it was ready to fish. They even delivered the boat to us and took us out and went over everything with us on the water. Michael even helped us get it on our lift for the first time. If I had the ability to post more than 5 stars, I would. The entire process was simple. No hassle or pressure the entire time, which was a complete fresh air experience compared to other motorized purchases. Wayne and Michael are top tier. Michael went above and beyond to deliver the boat 1.5 hours away and spend 3+ hours teaching me everything to know about the boat. Michael even then still responded to calls and texts promptly after the initial delivery. I will only ever buy a boat here and I couldn’t be happier with their knowledge and expertise.
