Brought my 25 year old garage kept Polaris Sportsman in for a rear CV boot. The service advisor Jordan explained the process and due to age the technician may uncover more wear and tear issues. Found out I needed both rear wheel bearings replaced and the technician was thoughtful enough to photo the old worn out parts. Work performed was perfect and Jordan finding out I rented a trailer to bring the Sportsman in delivered the Sportsman to my home. Genuine caring of the customer and would absolutely return. I found Naults Powersports through the Kawasaki website, checked out their stock and made a phone call for more info. I worked with Cody and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I gave him a small deposit to hold the 2024 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 EPS and made an appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff, pointed in the right direction, and began the purchase process. The ATV was cleaned up and ready to go before I got there and Cody got it loaded loaded into my truck upon my arrival. There was no waiting around and everyone was very attentive to my needs. I was even able to get it registered in NH at their parts desk. I was there for an hour at most to get everything done. This place is an exceptional business and I highly recommend using them.
I would highly recommend stopping to check in with these guys if you are in the market. I wanted a 4 wheeler, I had an idea of what I was looking for, Kieran took all day with me. He went model by model and manufacturer by manufacturer. I feel that I made an extremely informed decision. He was shockingly and refreshingly honest about what was quality. They were amazing!! I love my new Kawasaki Brute 450!! I will be back and I will work with Kieran!!

We brought our side-by-side to Nault’s for service in July/August for necessary repairs. It took over three weeks just to receive a list of the needed repairs and the associated costs. After payment was made, communication was extremely poor. We were never proactively updated and had to call repeatedly just to get information. During several of those calls, the service manager was dismissive and spoke to us in a condescending manner, which was very unprofessional. When we asked for updates, we were told a part was on backorder and that the repair likely wouldn’t be completed until December. Then, unexpectedly, we received a call last week stating the side-by-side was ready. By that time, the person responsible for the damage had already purchased the unit. Additionally, the dealership never once asked for proof, ownership clarification, or who was responsible for the repair—something that should have been addressed from the start. Overall, the lack of communication, long delays, and poor customer service made this a frustrating experience. We are extremely unimpressed and will not be doing business with Nault’s again.
