I had a nice test ride that Brian sent me on for a motorcycle I was looking at. I really appreciate it even though I declined to purchase the bike. I believe that you can negotiate a deal with Mount Rushmore Motorsports for any number of different kinds of bikes. They have so many varieties of motorcycles and now ATVs and UTVs. 9 years ago I got a good deal on a BMW motorcycle from them.
I bought a used motorcycle from this dealership and dealt with Brian. The buying process was frustrating; it took a week for him to accept my offer, and I was told several different stories along the way (that someone had a deposit on it, someone else filled out a credit app, that it was a consignment bike, etc.), none of which turned out to be true. After finally receiving the bike, it died within the first 30 minutes of riding. I thought it was the battery, but it broke down again. It ended up being that the battery wasn’t installed correctly and some wires were left loose and not connected. Both times it died within 30min of running. I understand it’s a used bike, but this should’ve been caught in their inspection. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust their used bike inspections or communication during the sales process. I did receive my title and paperwork within the 45 day window.
I happened to find the Summerset store from a highway billboard. I stopped to get some information and ended up trading in a Can-Am Commander for a Polaris Ranger XP. Quick and easy. What a great place to do business! I am one happy customer.
So this company has some people named Brian and Tarah who identify as the owners. These “industry professionals” not only hold pinks hostage AFTER receiving a much higher trade in plus its title well over a week ago… has YET to send out the pink for a bike that is fully OVER paid for.. keep in mind this is a U.S. naval veteran who bought this bike and who’s freedoms their toying with .. their validation: Karma because of a bad review… so let’s make this clear you treat your veterans with such a lack of respect they don’t fulfill their minimal obligations as a “company”… but wait there’s more.. not only are they legally stealing from us Brian has taken it upon himself to verbally assault, threaten, and accuse said veterans daughter of fraud! So let’s sum this up: they don’t communicate, they hold titles hostage, they lie, they threaten, and throw infantile tantrums because my words are mean! Sorry sweethearts TRUTH HURTS Ps we will be exploring any and or all legal Avenues we can as well as contacting the BBB..
I have been shopping around at a lot of dealers around the country for a specific bike for about a year. I recently purchased a motorcycle from Mount Rushmore Motorsports sight unseen just by reviewing their posting and also the videos they sent to me. Everything was super accurate and their service couldn’t have been more professional. Everyone from the sales department to the accounting dept were more than accommodating to my needs. I was on a tight schedule but they sped up delivery for me to be able to fly out there and pick up my bike to ride home. I highly recommend doing business with Mount Rushmore Motorsports. These guys are the best in the business.
