One even carried our cooler to the boat, which was docked at a convenient location for departure. He then described the boat’s controls and safety features. We cruised, at a leisurely pace, to the northern end of Long Lake and back. The boat was clean, comfortable, and handled well. Upon our return to the marina dock, another staff member was waiting to assist in our docking. We thank the staff at Moose Landing Marina for a very enjoyable afternoon cruise.

Booked an all day pontoon rental through Kate. Everything went as planned and was perfect. The boat did what I needed it to do, carry a bunch of friends and pull a tube. My kids loved tubing, even the 3 year old screamed to go faster. There were literally zero issues with the boat, checking in or out, and everyone was friendly in the office and on the dock. Rented a boat this week to take my nephew out fishing for his birthday. Staff was over the top accommodating! Had the boat ready to go before I showed up, they were very polite, answered the phone and were very helpful every time I called with a question. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had the best experience renting a boat recently from this location. There is a new rentals manager, and he was absolutely great. He helped make sure that we were comfortable and good to go on our rental. When we were concerned that we might be a little bit late he was excellent with communication and very polite to us throughout the whole process. He even helped us park the boat when we got back. We had a wonderful experience and definitely will be renting again.
