Great staff at Midwest Watersports. Everyone from the service department, boat sales, and pro shop (skis wakeboards, surfboards, etc) are very personable and know their stuff. The pro shop in particular has a great in store selection which is becoming harder and harder to find these days. I highly recommend stopping in especially if you are like me and would rather walk out of a store with the item you purchased vs needing to have it shipped to you. Quick tip, if you also end up buying a boat from them, they will give you the “new boat buyers discount” which applies to everything in the store for that summer.

I have an older boat and the service department is great at Midwest Water Sports. I highly recommend. They are very knowledgeable and focus on only fixing what is needed. I had service work done with them in 2019 and then another great experience just now in 2025.
Travis in service was really great to work with. He explained things well and was very helpful in getting my problem fixed in a short period of time. This is the first time I've done business with this company and I will certainly work with them again. I felt their pricing was fair and transparent.
As a first time boat owner, I had and still have a lot to learn.
