Tim (mechanic/technician) was awesome and installed the graphs/trolling motor etc. and did a fantastic job. He is very meticulous and professional and his work shows just that. So if your looking at reviews your probably just like me and tired of sorting through Facebook market place. I had been on the hunt for a boat since 2022. Everything I found online was 20 years old with a brand new price tag and for me I couldn’t justify spending that kind of money to end up with “someone else’s problem” but, that all changed when I found MID KANSAS MARINE! I finally found my boat! With the excellent assistance I received from Shelly she was able to put me in my dream boat, a 2019 1875 Lund Crossover! This boat had everything I had been looking for! I live 500 miles from Andover and would gladly drive there again because the experience I had with the team was nothing short of fantastic! Because I lived so far away and was in the process of moving Shelly let me put a deposit down to hold the boat until I could get there and I’m not talking about “a 3 day deposit” the team held it for me for 20 days! How many places are doing that? I’ll tell you nobody. A dealer close to me would only hold it for 3 days, pssh their loss. I appreciate the team at Mid Kansas marine because they truly made the experience easy and enjoyable. The marine mechanic (I apologize but your name escapes me but, you were awesome and personable) walked through every nook and cranny on the boat. A full thorough inspection that left me feeling 100% confident in my purchase with peace of mind that I was buying the perfect boat. I will recommend Mid Kansas marine to all my friends and family because they made my boat buying experience enjoyable and comfortable and did I mention that they didn’t price gouge? Wow! My wife and I are pulling our boat from Texas to Iowa and had an issue in our trailer where the metal split and we quickly needed a new portion of the trailer put in. They were SO amazing and friendly. They got us in right away and had to use a hoist system to lift our boat off the trailer and fix the trailer. It was amazing customer service and the good old fashioned care and friendliness we all hear about in the 50’s. Thank you SO MUCH to the whole crew and manager especially. We will never forget the love and care you showed us!!
