I purchased a boat from Salesman John Shay. On the telephone Big money for a working normal man. Went there later to see the boat. Honest ,reliable, and needed assistance several times after the sale was completed. Always follow up and can be trusted. He definitely is a great guy. Then comes the service department. Amber really is awesome, and the mgr,technicians, are honest and have been a pleasure to work with. Normally, I don't bother with reviews . However, at 72 years old, I am grateful there are some decent people left in the USA. 5 star the highest, but 10 would be better. Thanks again for all your staff and assistance. I travel the West Coast quite often for business, and it's exactly the opposite. Just a simple old timber, man speaking the truth. Kind regards

We had a new boat delivered and had limited knowledge about the boat- he took time on a Saturday evening to come to our dock and explain in great understandable detail! Very nice, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Customer Service like this is hard to come by these days! You’ve got a great one Grand MarineMax.
People could not get you the right parts for a canoe, yes it that bad. I would not recommend service or parts to anyone in this area I guess having the serial number of your engine don't help. However. they have really friendly, and nice staff. So I gave it two stars for that reason.
These people are not easy to deal with, will use you as leverage on selling a boat with someone else if you are not immediate with their demands. Signed paperwork and called to put my deposit down, which all happened within about 2 hrs and without calling me and giving me a heads up took someone else’s deposit and sold the boat out from under me! Horrible way to do business, would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Also horrible customer/sales service instead of trying to sell me another boat they would rather argue with me and make the customer feels as if they were in the wrong.
