Let me first say i had an excellent experience from start to finish !! I purchased my Lund 16 ft boat 5/4/24 . Since this was my first time buying a boat Connie and Paul explained everything to me in great detail and assured me before I make my purchase the service dept will do all of the prep work to make sure iIt's operable and safe to go out . Charlie and Brandon the captains took me and my daughter out and they went over everything with us and I do mean everything in great detail !!! After my test run I was greeted back by the whole staff that made this possible for me . Connie , Paul and the owners Karen and Jeff . The whole staff there are very friendly , professional and knowledgeable . Whenever I decide to purchase my next vessel I'm definitely going back ..🙂
