I really can't say about about Brett and the service department. They truly listen and have the customers best interest in mind. The technicians are extremely thorough as well as skilled and knowledgeable. This is my first jetboat and there is certainly a learning curve. Brett has made it way too easy and stress-free. My boat was bought out of state and had some warranty work it needed done, and not only did Brett address each of my concerns, him and his team went above and beyond to double check every single thing about the boat that I wouldn't have thought to check, and found a few other things that needed attention. I own three boats at the moment and daal with shops a lot...and no one compares to these guys. I can't explain how relieving it is to have a shop a) actual know what they're talking bout b) not overcharge an insane amount c) genuinely care about their clients. I'm stoked I found these guys.

I have had my Yamaha 2020 212S into the service department twice in the last year. First time, I had an engine code come up. I called Brett in the service department and he said bring the boat in the same day. His staff diagnosed the issue within minutes and replace an O2 sensor under warranty. Total time in the shop was less than 30 minutes. The most recent experience was for substantial gel coat repair which was caused by exposed nails in a boat slip. Brett and his team worked with the insurance company and did an amazing job on the repairs. There is no sign of the damage and the boat looks like it did brand new. Brett and his team go above and beyond in a world where customer service is generally dead. Great JOB M2O!
