They didn't try to sell me on a more expensive dual sport, of which they had plenty in stock, or push any add on. The process was quick and efficient. While I was picking up my bike I had a chance to check out their selection of gear. I ended up purchasing an I-30 helmet as well while I was there. Great place to do business.
