Then we came in to actually buy the boat and Ryan and finance was great and explained everything to us in detail and we felt 100% comfortable with our decision to buy and our affordability options. Then service; we wanted a Helix 7 added Stop it leave it take it and the service team was amazing. They sent us pictures of where to add the helix to make sure we were happy with where it would be. We bought this boat in December And they have it stored all snug for the winter and we can’t wait till spring to get our intro boat lesson with the team at Lakeside. To preface I would like to say I am a novice boater new to the recreation. My wife and I recently purchased a used boat from my brother and sister-in-law. We both live outside of the Oshkosh area, however my brother bought the boat brand new from Lakeside 20 years ago, which they have serviced all 20 years! He told me "They are great to work with!" After trial runs and a great Labor Day weekend the following weekend I took it out myself and had trouble starting it. I did not press my luck and stopped trying. My brother called Lakeside and made an appointment for me because of his relationship with them. I have never been to Lakeside and brought the boat there a couple days later. I was greeted instantly by Aaron and Tom and both made me feel very welcome. I described the problem I was having and they admirably talked through what could be wrong. I brought the boat back in the yard and noticed how tidy and organized everything was. Before I had a chance to unhook the boat Tom asked if he could take a quick peek and within a couple minutes figured it out! He then taught me a few "tricks-of-the-trade" and had me test for myself at a boat launch down the road, it ran perfect and I went home! Although as a novice I felt a little embarrassed they never made me feel that way, on the contrary they made me feel more confident and I could not thank them enough!! I will definitely consider Lakeside Marina for our boating needs in the future! Thanks again, Great Job!!

Joe runs a tip top marina! I was looking to buy my first boat and was referred to Lakeside Marina by a friend. I found a boat on their website we fell in love with. When we went to see the boat it looked as good as the pictures and the sales team was amazing and willing to work within my budget. After I had a few rides I had a couple of very minor warranty concerns. I felt like I was picking on things but Aaron, Dustin and Joe went above and beyond to rectify the issues. Lakeside Marina is amazing and I will never go anywhere else to purchase that upgrade or get my boat work done! They are highly recommended!
