We absolutely love our new Formula 330 CBR, and it continues to be a great experience dealing with Lakeside Formula. Curt is a knowledgeable and low pressure salesman who kept in touch over the years and invited us to many events including boat shows and demo days. Mike is a true professional who knows the boating business. He gave us a great trade in value on our old boat and helped us customize our new CBR. He sent us weekly pictures of our CBR as it was being built. He was very upfront and accurate on the pricing and there were no hidden surprises. Having previously owned brands such as Sea Ray and Chaparral, I can honestly say the quality and ride of the Formula is far superior. We get compliments all the time on the look and smooth ride of our CBR. We had a few minor issues such as a snap missing on the canvas and the control pad not syncing to the Raymarine screen, but the customer service from Mike and Anthony exceeded our expectations. This week while cruising towards Put In Bay for a vacation on our 400SS Formula, we had an issue occur with the engine/drive which would have cancelled our trip and sent us home. We called Dock Box Service Center and Lakeside formula and told them about the issue. Long story short, they realized our situation and with their resources, secured the parts needed to repair the boat and get us back on the water within hours, not days! Thank you Bob and Mike for your help in saving our vacation…. BTW, we bought our boat from Lakeside Formula and this is just a great example of their customer service.
