Very pleased with my experience. Initially went there strictly for service. Been to 5 other dealership/service centers, but I finally got the help and technical insight I needed (all I needed the whole time was POINTS!) The buying process started off well — the team was helpful and everything seemed smooth at first. Unfortunately, everything since then has been downhill. Soon after purchase, the paint on my boat started peeling and had to go in for warranty repair. The boat was gone for months, and during that time, communication from the dealership was lacking. I constantly had to follow up for updates. Even worse, there is still an unresolved lien on the title, and because of that, I haven’t been able to register the boat — two years later. Despite numerous attempts to get this fixed, I’m still stuck. I finally got the boat back after the paint repair, but I still can’t even use it legally due to this title issue.
