I ordered a new motor for our 40 year old aluminum fishing yacht. It took about 2 weeks to get the motor. They called and scheduled an appointment to have the motor fitted. Of course, when the day comes to get the motor installed it's 95°F outside. I felt for him, but he put her right on and fired it up. The prop had to be ordered separate. We had one ordered, but low and behold they didn't have one... The owner's were nice enough to drop it off at my house a week later when it did come in. 10/10. Service was above and beyond when things didn't go as hoped. Thank you!
Josh and Megan were extremely helpful, went above and beyond to help get us a starter for our boat at a fair and responsible price. My husband and I will be sure to give them more business in the future.
Had trouble with a dealer trade in from kansas. 150 HP Mercury outboard throttle would stick open when attempting to slow down upon returning to dock. Had to kill the engine by turning off key. Other times very hard to start. Just visiting in Guttenberg after folks back home reassured me the problem was intermittent and had solved itself. Problem reoccurred. Jack and Linda were weeks behind as is usual in August on the Mississippi. Their partner was trouble shooting another boat nearby and came to help. After a few steps he removed the carburetor cover over the intakes and found why the intermittent problem had recurred. A fingernail sized washer which had once been with one of the bolts holding the cover in place had been dropped into the carburetor and intermittently blocking the valve. Their partner Bob deserves 10 stars but 5 is as high as they allow us to go. Thankfull he came to my rescue stranded on the water. In the presence of many counselors there is great wisdom but sometimes need to keep asking for another opinion.
5 star service, I wish I could have given 10 stars. Excellent staff. Quick and easy warranty work. I am now a customer for life.
