Called yesterday and talked to a Steve. Asked if they could do an estimate on my boat for insurance, and he said, your boats too old and I don't have time to deal with it. This was even after I told him it was going to be likely totalled. Instead of going local, I had to drive 45 minutes north to another dealer. They missed out on us buying a new boat from them because of this.
