The process was very stream lined from our first enquire online to signing the final paperwork. The day of pickup was an incredibly process, worked with Julian (service tech) with a complete walkthrough of every aspect / option of the boat at the shop. Did a water test of the boat with no issues. I had a few cosmetic issues that the shop addressed as we finished paperwork.
