Hennepin Marine was great to work with. We bought a used Lund Baron sight unseen and drove 10 hours to pick it up. We got to try out the new boat in the water and they went through our trade-in. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Don't trust their service department!!! TOTAL SCAMMERS!! Was supposed to make sure my trailer braking system was working this past winter. Just checked the brake fluid reservoir, and it was 90% empty! Brake pads weren't even engaging Additionally they were supposed to replace all my wheel bearings and after taking them apart myself, it is evident they did not do that. Crunchy wheel bearings packed with so much grease it blew out the rear seals and got all over the rotors and pads. Scammers!!
Had a great experience working with Rich on getting a great deal on a new boat. I travelled from southwest Missouri to pick up the boat. The whole process was seamless. On my way home, about an hour south of Hennipen, while talking to someone at a gas station, the complete stranger said Hennipen Marine is their go to boat service and sales location...that pretty much summed up my experience as well. Happy with the boat and purchasing process. Everyone there was kind and helpful. I highly recommend their business!
Called for a part for a old outboard had it in stock both guys I talked to were super helpful on getting the part ready so my wife could pick it up while I was at work I've only had one experience with them but it has been fantastic
