Hampton and Watercraft Marine THE BEST! Was searching for new and used jet ski's around the area and found a new Yamaha jet ski for sale at this business. Towed the jet ski home today and could not be happier/feel luckier to have run into the business Hampton and Watercraft Marine; everybody working at this establishment went above and beyond to make the purchasing process as easy/fast/seamless as possible while also taking the time to answer questions and point out critical instructions regarding use and maintenance, instilling a feeling of ease and confidence that when putting the jet ski in the water this week (with minimal previous jet ski experience) that I've been fully briefed (Thanks Lucas!) and that if any concerns/issues were to arise I know the team would be more than happy to help. Truly recommend purchasing watercraft specifically from this top notch establishment.
I brought my Whaler to them because they are Certified Boston Whaler mechanics. It cost me $2,500.00 for them to tell me I had a leak in the Crankcase of my 2010 Verado 250. That's with them telling me I saved a few hundred dollars. Very nice people but the mechanics don't seem very knowledgeable. They clearly rely on calling Mercury for every step. I felt like I was dealing with children. Everyone recommended repowering which I decided to do. They quoted $42,000 for a new 250 Verado installed. I opted instead for a 250 Suzuki from another dealer that will cost me $27,000.00 fully installed with all associated parts included.
The BEST! Purchased a FSBO boat in the local area. Outstanding coordination and support with surveyor. Excellent prices/service/and execution taking care of items from survey. Took care of an item with manufacturer that other dealers would not have. Finally, excellent reaction to boat transporter arriving early, accomplishing needed items to get the boat headed to Florida. That's correct...I am not a long time customer...I am a first time customer from out of state. But I was treated with the service and coordination of a forever customer. I cannot say thank you enough to Claudio and Kyle as well as the team I don't know the names. I only wish they would open a shop here!! Thanks again!
We love the marina in Eastport. We bought our Whaler from Jack and he made the entire process a pleasure. Joe runs a tremendous operation and clearly cares about the staff, the boats and the owners. My boyfriend has had boats at several marinas on the West coast and thinks the attention to details definitely rivals any marina where he has kept a boat.
