They were highly recommended by a friend, also a Florida resident. Upon making the final decision where to purchase our vessel, it was clear that Grass Shack was the right place to make the purchase. All questions about service, warranty and general information was explained in great detail. Unfortunately, not the case with several of the local Florida dealers. At this time we had a bilge pump go out, contacted Michael and without any hesitation our new pump is on its way. That's service, which is lacking with most businesses today.
